- Just load it with your favorite drink.
- Spin the balls and start pumping.
- Take turns rolling the ball with the numbers, then roll the ball with the pictures.
- Players must aim Jizz where it appears on the second ball and then pump it the indicated number of times on the first ball.
- If you're lucky, you can shoot an arrow to the left or right, which means you can aim Jizz at the player to your left or right.
